1. This Chamber Order is taken out by Integrum Legal, Applicant/Advocate for Defendants seeking discharge on behalf of said Defendants.

2. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof. Paragraphs - 3, 4 and 5 are relevant which are reproduced here under;

3. The Defendants have failed to provide necessary instruction regarding the pending summary suit to us. The Defendants' failure to communicate has made it impossible for Integrum Legal unable to proceed in the matter and fulfill its duties properly. Therefore, it is essential that Integrum Legal be discharged, allowing the Defendants to appoint new representation, if desired.

4. We have informed the Defendants about us taking a discharge in case there is a failure by Defendants to pay our legal fees via an email sent on 26th September, 2024 and the Defendants have not replied to the same. The email dated 26th September 2024 sent to Defendants is hereby attached as Exhibit - "A".

5. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the Applicant prays that the Advocate representing the Defendants in the present Summary Suit be discharged."

3. The Ld. Advocate for Applicants handed over copy of this Chamber Order with Affidavit in support to the Ld. Advocate for Orig. Plaintiff.

4. I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate has substantially complied with the procedure for obtaining discharge under High Court, Original Side Rules read with the provisions and Rules framed under the Advocates Act.

5. In view of above, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Integrum Legal have been discharged on behalf of Defendants viz. Varanium Cloud Limited and Harshwardhan Sabale in Summary Suit No. 18 of 2023. Office to delete the name of Advocate, Integrum Legal as Advocate for Defendants in Summary Suit No. 18 of 2023. M/s.

Integrum Legal to communicate this Order to the Defendants and thereafter, Defendants to engage another Advocate, if they so desire.
