The present Chamber Order is filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 14.08.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that respondents were served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Service, which is on record. However, none present for and on behalf of respondents.

Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order and Minutes of Order dated 14.08.2024. Heard ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant, who submits that due to miscalculation of days, captioned Writ Petition got rejected.

I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order and therefore, the present Chamber Order is allowed with no order as to costs and signed separately.

The petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within three weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
