P. C. :

1. By the Praecipe dated 27th February, 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner informed that the newspaper viz. "Dina Thanthi" where the Citation was order to publish in Tamil language, has rejected to publish the Citation. She, therefore, sought permission to publish the Citation in the newspaper viz. "Dinakaran" in Tamil language instead of "Dina Thanthi". She further submits that the time to publish the Citation be extended by two weeks from today.

2. By an order dated 12th December, 2024, the Applicant / Petitioner was directed publish the Citation two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Dina Thanthi" in Tamil language. In view of the rejection of publication by the "Dina Thanthi" newspaper, the Applicant / Petitioner is permitted to publish the Citation in "Dinakaran" in Tamil language instead of "Dina Thanthi".
