1. By this Praecipe dated 10th February, 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner due to inadvertence, the name of Hindi newspaper "Navbharat Times" instead of Hindi newspaper "Navbharat" for the purpose of publication of citation upon Smt. Tandra Bhattacharya. He submits that the order dated 14th January, 2025 be modified to extend of the Hindi newspaper in which the citation is to be published in Hindi newspaper viz. "Navbharat".

2. Heard. The Order dated 14th January, 2025 stands modified as under :

"The Applicant / Petitioner is directed to publish the citation in the newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Navbharat" in Hindi language instead of "Navbharat Times" in Hindi language, within a week from today and file Affidavit of publication within a week thereafter".
