P. C. : 1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the original Petitioner has expired on 30 October, 2024 as bachelor. It is further stated that all his legal heirs are already mentioned in the Petition and it is necessary to add the Applicant as the Petitioner in the place of deceased Petitioner in the title and consequential amendments. He prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Original Petitioner has expired on 30th October, 2024, as bachelor and the brother of the deceased i.e. Applicant herein is required to be brought on record. He, therefore, prays that Chamber Order be allowed.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within four weeks' from today. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master 19.12.2024
