By this preacipe dated 8th May, 2026, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner seeks extension of two weeks' time to file Affidavit of publication as per the directions given in Order dated 4th December, 2025 and extended by Order dated 7th March 2026. 2.

Heard. Ld Advocate for the Applicant submits that, by an Order dated 4th December, 2025 and extended by Order dated 7th March 2026 the Applicant was directed to publish the citation in two newspapers Deccan Herald in English language and Vijaya Karnataka in vernacular language i.e. Kannada widely circulated in the State of Karnataka. He further submits that, as per directions the Applicant had published the citation but the affidavit of publication could not be filed on time. He, therefore, seeks extension of two weeks time to file affidavit of publication.

Time to file affidavit of publication is extended by two weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
