The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 26.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order and Exhibits thereto.

Heard ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant. Ld. Advocate submits that as he himself met with an accident, he was hospitalized for a month and therefore, he could not remove office objections within stipulated time. Therefore, Ld. Advocate seeks restoration of captioned Petition by condoning delay of 69 days.

I have considered the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. I have gone through the original medical papers placed for my perusal by ld. Advocate across the Bar and same are returned back.

Upon perusal of said medical papers, I find substance in the submissions of ld. Advocate made supra. Hence, I deem it fit to grant an opportunity to the petitioner to get office objections removed on the petition by condoning delay of 69 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

Delay of 69 days caused in filing present Chamber Order is hereby condoned.

Chamber Order is allowed with no order as to costs.
