Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that the amendment to the Petition was granted by an order dated 16th October, 2023 as well as re-verification was also dispensed with upon production of Additional Affidavit. She further submits that there is delay in filing the Additional Affidavit of the Petitioner dated 23rd October, 2023. She further prays that the delay in the filing the Additional Affidavit be condoned as well as time may be extended to carry out amendment and re-verification be dispensed with.

2. Perused the Affidavit in Support. By an order dated 23rd October, 2023 amendment was allowed in terms of the Draft Amendment and re-verification was dispensed with subject to the Petitioner filing an Additional Affidavit. The Petitioner could not file the Additional Affidavit within the specified time. Hence, time to file the Additional Affidavit of Petitioner is extended by two weeks' from today.
