By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Mrs. Saroj Anand Ullal and (2) Mrs. Shobha Kishor Desai, sisters of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, in connected Testamentary Petition No. 2657 of 2021 Applicant was permitted to serve the citation upon the

(1) Mrs. Saroj Anand Ullal and (2) Mrs. Shobha Kishor Desai, sisters of the deceased. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit her to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, there are another Testamentary Petition No. 2657 of 2021 was filed

by the Petitioner wherein the citation could not be served upon (1) Mrs. Saroj Anand Ullal (2) Mrs. Shobha Kishor Desai, who are sisters of the deceased due to non availability of their addresses. She further submits that by an Order dated 11th March, 2025 passed in the Chamber Order in the said Petition the Applicant therein was permitted to publish the citation by way of substituted service upon

(1) Mrs. Saroj Anand Ullal (2) Mrs. Shobha Kishor Desai. She further submits that the Applicant be permitted to publish the citation by way of substituted service upon (1) Mrs. Saroj Anand Ullal (2) Mrs. Shobha Kishor Desai, legal heirs of the deceaed in the present petition. She, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 7 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon (1) Mrs. Saroj Anand Ullal (2) Mrs. Shobha Kishor Desaid, sisters of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
