By praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate 1/3
appearing for the Petitioner has sought for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 1st July, 2025.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that minor correction is required to be made in the schedule to the amendment as there is incorrect numbering of paragraphs. In paragraph 5 of the said Order, it is recorded that the Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment in the proceedings before the Official Assignee in terms of the schedule of amendment to the Application.

Accordingly, the said Order dated 1st July, 2025 is corrected by allowing the Petitioner to carry out amendment in the proceedings before the Official Assignee in terms of the revised schedule of amendment to the Interim Application in substitution of the schedule of amendment annexed to the Interim Application. 5.
At the end of the said paragraph 5, the words "Reverification is dispensed with" shall be added. 6.
The amendment which was to be carried out within a 2/3
period of two weeks from the Order dated 1st July, 2025, shall now be carried out within a period of one week from today. 7.
The said Order dated 1st July, 2025 is accordingly corrected.
