The following Issues are framed:- i.

Whether the Plaintiff proves that the document dated 12 th November, 2020 is the last Will and Testament of Mr. Ramchand Chhugalal Ahuja (the deceased)?

ii.

Whether the Plaintiff proves that the deceased was in a sound and disposing state of mind at the time when the document dated 12 th November, 2020 was executed?

Now that the Issues are framed, the following directions are passed. 3.

The Plaintiff to file affidavit of documents along with compilation on or before 2 nd April, 2025. The Defendant to file affidavit of documents along with compilation on or before 16 th April, 2025.

Statement of admission and denial by both the parties be filed on or before 23 rd April, 2025.

5.

Affidavit of Examination-in-Chief by both the parties be filed on or before 15 th May, 2025.

6.

Stand over to 8 th April, 2025 for marking of documents.
