The Learned counsel points out that when the issues were framed on 18 th March 2025, though, defendant had taken a plea of soundness of mind of the deceased, it was submitted that the same was not been pressed. He submits that despite the same, issue no.2 has inadvertently been framed. Having due regard to the submission made, let the issue no.2 be deleted. In order dated 18 th March 2025, in paragraph 6 the date 8 th April 2025 be th April 2025.
