Advocate for petitioner submits that in the present petition, they have taken out Chamber Order to serve the un-served legal heirs of deceased. By order dated 05.12.2024 the said Chamber Order was allowed and six weeks time was granted to serve the said un-served legal heirs of deceased as well as for filing of Affidavit of Service. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner requested that matter may be adjourned for six weeks. The said request is accepted.
