By an order dated 11th June 2024, this Court had taken on record the Consent Terms filed between the parties and noted that since

52-TS-133-2024-IN-TP-1352-2019.DOC the Consent Terms are executory in nature, the matter be posted for reporting compliance.

Learned Counsel appearing for the parties as also Ms Raina Manish Shah, who is appearing virtually submits that all requisite compliances in the Consent Terms have been made and nothing remains to be done under the Consent Terms.

There is now no need for any compliance to be reported to the Court. The statements are accepted as undertakings to the Court. The parties who are present in Court, are identified by their respective Advocates.

In view of this, the captioned Testamentary Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms and in disposal of the Testamentary Suit, the Testamentary Petition and the Interim Application do not survive and are disposed of as infructuous.
