Today, learned Counsel for the plaintiff tendered consent terms. It is submitted that all disputes and differences in the captioned testamentary suit have been amicably resolved. The parties are present in the Court and identified by their respective Advocates. The consent terms are signed by the plaintiff and defendant. Consent terms have also been signed by four confirming parties. They affirm that the consent terms are duly signed by the parties out of their free will, without any undue influence and coercion.

Learned Counsel for the parties assure the Court that these consent terms do not in any manner affect the right, title and/or interest of any parties, who are not signatories to the consent terms as also do not travel beyond the scope of the Suit.

By accepting the assurance given by the parties, the consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date.

The suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 5.

All Undertakings contained in the consent terms are accepted as Undertakings given to the Court.

Refund of the Court fees, if any, as per Rules. 7.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. [ARIF S. DOCTOR J.]
