In view of the order passed on 17.09.2025, Mr. Najmi appears for Plaintiff and places on record xerox copies of death certificates of Caveators. Same are taken on record. Department shall look into it. In view thereof, Caveat has abated. Department is directed to proceed further strictly in accordance with law.

Department shall confirm the aforesaid directions and accordingly list the matter before the Court if the executor who is the Petitioner before me is required to obtain Probate in accordance with law.
