This Court is informed that the Insolvent no.1 could not remain present as he has, had an eye surgery. That Insolvent no.3 is present in person and submits that his lawyer is not well and some time be granted.

Let the Insolvent no.1 remain present in Court on the next date and also let an appropriate affidavit be filed explaining the reason why he has not remained present today. Let the said affidavit be filed by the next date. List on 4th March 2025.

The Insolvent no.3 appears in person and submits that his lawyer is not well and some time be granted.

Mr.Mishra, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that pleadings are complete, submitting however, that his client's rejoinder has been filed as an additional affidavit and the Respondent no.3 has not filed any response to the Notice of Motion. However, since time is sought, this Court may accordingly list the matter.
