Today, when this matter is called out, Ms.Sheetal Punjabi, learned Counsel, appears for the Insolvent No.3 and submits that Insolvent no.3 is present in Court and that the requisitions have partly been complied with.

Ms.Punjabi undertakes that the Insolvent no.3 would remain present before the Official Assignee as and when called for his private examination and tenders across the bar an undertaking to that effect. 3.

Let steps be taken in accordance with law by the Insolvent no.3 / Advocate with respect to the process issued by the Official Assignee. 4.
