ORDER :

The learned Counsel appearing for the Insolvent No.2 has tendered an Affidavit of Undertaking which is taken on record by 1/3
extending the time.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Insolvent No.3 states that the requisitions of the Official Assignee have been complied with and has accordingly sought for discharge of bailable warrant issued against Insolvent No.3.

The learned Official Assignee has confirmed that the Insolvent No.3 has complied with all the requisitions. 4.
Accordingly, the non bailable warrant issued against Insolvent No.3 stands discharged.
5.
The Insolvent No.2 shall comply with the requisitions of the Official Assignee as per the undertaking furnished today. 6.
The Insolvent Nos.2 and 3 shall appear before the learned Official Assignee for private examination. 7.
The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in disposed of Notice of Motion has sought extension of time to place 2/3
the requisite documents before the Official Assignee for investigation of transfer of Shop No.12.

The extension of time is granted. The Applicant shall place the requisite documents before the Official Assignee during the course of the private examination.
9.
Rule Nisi has already been discharged by the prior Order. [ R.I. CHAGLA J. ] 3/3
