Pursuant to the order dated 21st January, 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Bhate, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that while he does not dispute the clarification issued by the valuer, however, learned Counsel submits that this Court either permit another valuation by another panel valuer or consider the realisable value of Rs. 80,98,902/-. Mr. Bhate, however, seeks some time to take instructions in the matter.
