Pursuant to the order dated 18th March 2025, today when the matter is called out, neither any one appear for the Insolvent nor for the brother of the Insolvent.

On 18th March 2025, the following order was passed : "1.

Pursuant to order dated 18th February, 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Anil Bagwe, learned Counsel appearing for the Insolvent informs that Mr. Y.S. Bhate who appears for the brother of the Insolvent is unwell. 2.

By order dated 18th February, 2025, it was recorded that Mr. Y.S. Bhate wants to take instructions in the matter in view of the valuation report. However, since Mr. Bhate is not available today, list on 6th May, 2025.

Ms. Dhanuka-Rungta, learned Counsel, appears for the Creditor and submits that the Creditor has taken out Notice of Motion to buy out as per the valuation report by the panel of Valuer. Ms. Dhanuka-Rungta, also submits that she will serve the Notice of Motion. 4.

Accordingly, list on 15th July 2025.
