Pursuant to the order dated 19th March, 2024, today when the matter is called out, learned Official Assignee informs this Court that as directed by this Court, Notices to Mr. Rohit Sevaklal Jaiswal and Mr. Ujjain Rohit Jaiswal, to remain present in this Court, have been served. As far as Mr. Ataur Rahman Anisur Rahaman Shaikh is concerned, this Court is informed that attempt to serve at the Govandi address has failed as the remark from the speed post authorities indicates that he has left and the other address where he was attempted to be served at Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

However, despite service none appears for the noticees. Accordingly, this Court is constrained to direct the Registry to issue bailable warrants against the three Noticees in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each, returnable on 6th August, 2024.
