Mr. Shah, learned Counsel, appears for the Noticees No.1 to 3 and submits that the reply has been filed to the Official Assignee's Report.

The learned Official Assignee informs this Court that the Insolvent has furnished details and copies of the Sales Agreement with respect to the 20 flats sold by the joint venture and seeks some time to file appropriate Official Assignee's Report seeking directions of this Court.
