This Official Assignee's Report seeks issuance of show cause notice to the Insolvent No.1, who statedly has failed to comply with the directions of the Official Assignee and committed contempt of this Court by executing documents without permission of the Official Assignee or this Court.

Mr. Bagwe, learned Counsel appears for the Insolvents and submits that the Insolvent No.1 has not breached any orders of this Court nor entered into any transactions and seeks some time to file reply to the report.

Mr. Rana, learned Counsel appears for the Kotak Mahindra Bank and submits that the Bank is a secured creditor of the company for which the Insolvent was permitted earlier to work as Chief Executive Officer and also seeks some time to file response in support of the Official Assignee's Report.

Let the replies/resposnses be filed by 18th June, 2024, with copy to the other side. Rejoinder, if any, be filed by 2nd July, 2024, with copy to the other side. List on 16th July, 2024.
