Pursuant to the order dated 19th November 2024, today when the matter is called out, Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

9-OAR-10-2024.doc SMFG India Home Finance Co. Ltd. and submits that the original documents with respect to Flat No.801 have been handed over to the Official Assignee and the Official Assignee has also taken physical possession of the Flat No.801 as per the directions of this Court. 2.

The learned Official Assignee has also placed before this Court the proposed duly completed auction schedule with respect to the said flat for fixing the reserve price and the earnest money deposit. The same is perused. Under directions of this Court, valuation report with respect to the said Flat No.801 is directed to be opened. The said valuation report is perused and directed to once again placed in a cover and resealed.

The reserve price as well as earnest money deposit is entered into the said schedule and the same is handed over to the learned Official Assignee.

As further submitted by the learned Counsel as well as the learned Official Assignee, the Notice of Motion (L) No. 27418 of 2024 and the Official Assignee's Report No. 10 of 2024 stand disposed as infructuous.
