Mr. Inamdar, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that the Judge's Order seeks payments of Rs. 4,092/- that is the amount of post closing interest received from the Canara Bank with respect to the Fixed Deposit that was created pursuant to the order dated 12th August, 2009.

I have perused the report submitted by the Accounts Officer and direct payment of Rs. 4,092/- with accrued interest as per the certificate of balance to Mr. Ian Alex D'Souza in accordance with the Judge's Order signed separately.
