Mr. Inamdar, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that pursuant to the order dated 12th August, 2009, the Fixed Deposit Receipts were placed in the name of Floyd Alex D'souza and that he has now attained the age of majority and the same be permitted to be paid to him along with accrued interest as per the certificate of balance issued by the Accounts Officer.

Having perused the report submitted by the Accounts Officer and having heard Mr. Inamdar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, this Court permits the payments of two Fixed Deposit viz. one of face value of Rs. 47,535/- and other is of face value of Rs. 1,49,298/- to Mr. Floyd Alex D'souza along with accrued interest as per the Judge's Order signed separately.
