This Judge's Order seeks directions of this Court to the Accounts Officer of this Court to disburse the amounts standing to the credit of Ms. Namrata Vilas Walunj, in whose name the fixed deposit with the Union Bank of India was created pursuant to the order dated 16th January, 2006, whereby the grandfather of the minor was appointed as guardian for her along with her two siblings. 2.

Mr. More submits that the Applicant has attained the age of Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

2025.04.03 17:31:07 +0530 majority and the credit as per the Certificate of Balance annexed at NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Exhibit-C is a cash balance of Rs. 332/- along with fixed deposit with the Union Bank of India, Mahapalika Marg Branch of Rs. 50,473/- and that this Court may direct the Accounts Officer to disburse the same along with accrued interest.

Mr. More submits that the other two siblings have already received the amounts that were kept in fixed deposits in their names. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel, having considered his submissions and having perused the proceedings, this Court is of the view that the Accounts Officer be directed to release the fixed deposit of face value of Rs. 50,473/- in the name of the Applicant viz. Ms. Namrata Vilas Walunj, along with accrued interest within a period of two weeks.
