5-FAP-17-2024.doc counsel appearing for the Proposed Adopter has referred to the cause title of the Petition which was disposed of by the Order dated 24th July 2024 passed by this Court. He has submitted that there is an error in the cause title describing the nationality of the Proposed Adopter. Instead of the Proposed Adopter being a "Spanish National", it has been mentioned as "French National" for which correction is sought. 3.

In view thereof, though it is recorded correctly in the said Order dated 24 July 2024 and in particular paragraph 5 thereof that the proposed adopter is Spinster of Spanish Nationality, the cause title of the Petition is permitted to be corrected by describing the Proposed Adopter as "Spanish National" by replacing "French National". This correction shall be carried out by the Petitioner forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. [R.I. CHAGLA, J.] 2/2
