This Judge's Order has been taken out seeking direction to the Prothonotary and Senior Master / Accounts Officer of this Court to release monies invested in the names of the then minors pursuant to NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL the order dated 9th August, 2002 of this Court as the minors have now NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date: 2025.01.08 17:41:59 +0530 attained majority.

Ms. Perumal, learned Counsel appears for the Applicants viz. Ms. Megha Prakash Ghadge, Mr. Manoj Prakash Ghadge, Ms. Manisha Prakash Ghadge and Mr. Pratik Prakash Ghadge, in whose names this Court had directed investments of the amounts along with interest received from the insurance company with a direction that minors on Nikita Gadgil 1/2
3. JO147-24 in GP 1-02.doc attaining majority would be entitled to withdraw the amount along with interest. Accordingly, the amount received from the insurance company with interest was invested.

Ms. Perumal, learned Counsel appearing for the erstwhile minors submits that the minors respectively born on 27th July, 1993, 8th September, 1994, 13th August, 1996 and 17th September, 1998 have already attained majority and have become entitled to amounts lying in this Court in accordance with the Exhibits F, G, H and I, being certificates of balance issued by the Accounts Officer of this Court. 4.
Ms. Perumal has drawn the attention of this Court to the documents annexed to the Judge's Order which indicates the dates of birth of the erstwhile minors.

Having heard the learned Counsel and considering the submissions and also having perused the annexures to the Judge's Order, I am of the view that the Judge's Order, which is signed separately, be allowed. The Prothonotary and Senior Master / Accounts Officer to release the funds lying to the credit of the said erstwhile minors after due verification.
