A precipe is moved for speaking to minutes of order dated 08/04/2025 passed by this Court. There is typographical mistake in the said order. Inadvertently, the words "for refund of excess medical examination fees" remained to be added at the end of 2nd sentence in paragraph 6 of the said order.

The said order stands corrected accordingly. The 2nd sentence in paragraph 6 now be read as follows:

"In the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would be met if the petitioners are granted the liberty to submit a representation to the State Government for reduction of medical examination fees of cattle from Rs.200/- to Rs.20/- for the remaining period of the year as well for refund of excess medical examination fees."

This order be treated as part of the order dated 08/04/2025. 4.

Praecipe is disposed of.
