Similarly, in the said order dated 5th September, 2024, in the prescription of appearances of learned counsel Mr. Zal Andhyarujina, Senior Advocate, the name of Intervener "Adani Developer Pvt. Ltd." has been shown instead of "Adani Properties Pvt. Ltd.".

Accordingly, in the description of appearances of learned counsel Mr. Zal Andhyarujina, Senior Advocate, the name of Intervener be read as "Adani Properties Pvt. Ltd." instead of "Adani Developer Pvt. Ltd.".
