Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Oorja Dhond, learned counsel representing the respondent no.1BMC. 2.
On being pointed out that before filing this PIL petition the petitioners have not represented the authorities concerned for redressal of their grievances as disclosed in the PIL petition, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the PIL petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition as and when any such cause of action accrues to them.

The PIL petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
