After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the PIL with liberty to file an application seeking intervention in Original Side Writ Petition No. 2133 of 2021 filed by respondent no. 10 in this PIL.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the PIL is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the maintainability of the application for intervention which may be filed by the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 2133 of 2021.
