This praecipe has been filed for speaking to the minutes of order dated 20th December 2024. It is stated that though Mr. Abhay L. Patki, Additional Government Pleader had appeared for respondent No.2; however, the said fact has not been recorded in the notes of appearance.

Similarly, the appearance of "Ms. Jaya Bagwe for respondent No.4 - MCZMA" remained to be recorded in the notes of appearance of order dated 20th December 2024.

It appears that such mistake has crept in in the order on account of some inadvertence. Accordingly, order dated 20th December 2024 be corrected by inserting the words "Mr. Abhay L. Patki, Additional G.P. for respondent No.2" and "Ms. Jaya Bagwe for respondent No.4 - MCZMA" in the notes of appearance.
