DATED : 1st FEBRUARY, 2024 P.C:- Before I deal with the Court Receiver's Report No.15/2024, which seek directions from the Court as regards the manner in which the amount of Rs.11,31,25,000/- lying in the Fixed Deposit should be dealt with, as against the claim of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) for outstanding property tax of Rs. 1,10,01,054/-, I deem it appropriate to issue notice to the MCGM, so as to ascertain its claim of the outstanding amount due and payable.
