Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in the process of making the payment of the outstanding maintenance amount.

The Court Receiver Report indicates that the outstanding maintenance amount is to the tune of Rs.2,97,874/- in respect of Flat No. A-502.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that a sum of Rs.50,000/- has been deposited.

Since the petitioner has withdrawn the interest which had accrued on the amount of Rs.45 lakhs deposited with Prothonotary and Senior Master, the petitioner is directed to deposit the balance of the principal arrears i.e. Rs.2,31,256/- within a period of two weeks.

Stand over to 23rd September 2024.
