Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Naphade, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has entered into an arrangement with the Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., as regards the payment of arrears of maintenance. A sum of Rs.1,73,448/- has been paid and an equal amount is to be paid 1/2
10-CRR20-2024.DOC by 31st October, 2024, which the petitioner undertakes to pay. The learned Counsel seeks leave to tender a copy of the communication addressed by the Vasundhara Cooperative Housing Society Ltd.
Leave granted.

Mr. Naphade further submits that the petitioner will deposit the costs of Rs.50,000/- within a period of one week from today.

Statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Court Receiver's Report stands disposed.

The petitioner is at liberty to move the Court once the petitioner finds out the person to whom the premises can be given on Leave and Licence basis.
