1) It appears that the Valuer has submitted his Report according to which the fair amount of license fees receivable in respect of the Building is valued at Rs.66,98,000/- per month subject to carrying out various works in the Building, cost of which is estimated at Rs.4.85 crores. The Court Receiver shall provide copies of valuation report to the contesting parties.

2) List the Court Receiver Reports for directions on 28 March 2024.
