The Court Receiver has stated in his report that despite advertisement and notice issued for sale of the premises which is the subject matter of this petition, nobody has even come forward to inspect the property let alone making any offer.

Mr. Alexander states that the bank has not received any enquiries by private treaty as well. At the same time, Mr. Alexander stated he shall enquire with the bank whether it would be interested in taking over the premises. Mr. Sharma who is holding for Mr. Suresh Kumar stated he will also enquire with the Income Tax Department if they would be interested in taking over the premises.
