When the matter was called out today, the representative of the Court Receiver who was present in Court and confirmed that Defendant No. 1 has complied with the order dated 5th July 2024 and as deposited his Laptop and Mobile Phone with the Court Receiver. He, however, informed me that the office of the Court Receiver addressed an email to the Plaintiff's Advocate but has not received any response. Mr Kolse-Patil, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs submits that the Plaintiffs have not reverted since they were in process of coordinating with PWC records and forensic audit that is to be carried out of the said gadgets.

In view of this, list the matter on 26th July 2024. 3.

Mr Kolse-Patil has pressed for further ad-interim relief today. The Defendants are not present today in Court. I, therefore, deem it fit given the nature of the controversy to intimate the Respondents of the next date of hearing.

It is made clear that, if on the next date, the Respondents are absent, the Court will proceed to hear and consider the Application for further ad-interim relief.
