ORDER :

The Court Receiver's Report had been placed for 1/3
directions by Order dated 25th March, 2025. This is in view of the extension of time which was granted to the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos.2, 3 and 6 for filing undertaking that there are no rights created in respect of the Suit flat by deposit of the original Title Deeds which was to be filed on or before 4th April, 2025. 2.
The said Affidavits of undertaking have been filed by the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos.2, 3 and 6 and accordingly the said order dated 25th March, 2025 has been complied with. 3.
The learned Counsel appearing for Defendant Nos.5(a), 5(b) and 5(c) has sought time to file Vakalatnama and to take instructions.

Defendant Nos.5(a), 5(b) and 5(c) shall file their Vakalatnama within a period of one week from today. 5.
Defendant Nos.5(a), 5(b) and 5(c) shall also file their Affidavit of Undertaking as directed in Order dated 25th March, 2025 and by the next date.

The matter shall be placed for compliance on 28th April, 2025.
