Today when the Court Receiver's Report No.115 of 2024 was called, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the Court Receiver has already been discharged by an order dated 12 th July, 2024.

There shall be no order on the report. There are however three pending applications before the Arbitration Tribunal, which I am informed that are listed on 28 th August, 2024.
