The Court Receiver's Report seeks following reliefs:
2-CRR-141-2024.DOC "(a) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to discharge the Court Receiver without passing accounts, subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver, as Court Receiver has complied the order of the Hon'ble Court.
(b) The costs of this report be awarded in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- and the registry be permitted to debit from the funds available in the suit account.

The perusal of the report shows that pursuant to an order dated 28th February 2024, the Court Receiver was directed to return the Laptop as well as Pen-Drives, which were in the possession of the Court Receiver to the Petitioner. After transferring the date in a Hard Disk or Pen-Drive, it was then to be transmitted to the learned Arbitrator. Since this exercise has now been done and the Arbitrator has been appointed, Registry to hand over the Arbitrator the following items: I.
Hard-Distk No. NAE58GVW, (ONE TOUCH SEAGATE, Capacity-4TB.

65(B) Certificate sealed envelope.
III.
Report of Technical Expert in closed envelope. 3.
Now, nothing survives in the Court Receiver's Report to do. The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) reproduced above.

In view of this, Court Receiver's Report No. 390 of 2022 and Court Receiver's Report No. 416 of 2023 are also disposed of as infructuous.
