The Consent Terms dated 9th May, 2024 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
The Leave Petition (L)No.5160 of 2024 under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent of this Court, is granted. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 9th May, 2024. The undertakings furnished in the Consent Terms are accepted by this Court.
The Court Receiver is discharged without passing any accounts. The Advocates for the Plaintiff will bear all the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within a period of three weeks from today.
The Court Receiver Report No. 152 of 2024 is also disposed of. In the light of this Order, all Interim Applications also stand disposed of.
