P.C:- Learned Counsel for the parties have informed the Court that the parties have settled the matter and have tendered Consent Minutes of the Order dated 6th May, 2024 which is signed by the Advocates for the S.R.JOSHI

5-comipl-7751-2021.doc parties. They have requested that the said Consent Minutes be taken on record and order in terms thereof be passed.

The said Consent Minutes of the Order dated 6th May, 2024 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings furnished in the said Consent Minutes of the Order dated 6th May, 2024 are accepted by this Court.

The Court Receiver had filed a Report dated 18th April, 2024 i.e. Court Receiver's Report No.184 of 2024. In the light of the aforesaid Order passed, the said Court Receiver's Report is disposed of. The Court Receiver is discharged without passing any accounts. All the Court Receiver's charges are to be borne by the Plaintiff and paid within a period of two weeks from today. The Leave Petition (L) No.7886 of 2024 filed under clause XIV of the Letters Patent of this Court is allowed. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Minutes of the Order dated 6th May, 2024.
