The learned counsel Mr.Singh, representing the Plaintiff states that he shall be depositing the sum of Rs.7,83,783/- and Rs.1,43,550/- towards the transit rent and corpus fund by way of a Demand Draft during the course of the day.

Further, he also categorically states that as far as prayer clause (c) in the Court Receiver's Report is concerned, which has a mention of flat bearing No.103, in the wake of the subsequent M.M.Salgaonkar
