Pursuant to the order dated 24th June 2024, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Dhekale, Court Receiver informs that as far as service on Respondent No.8(B) is concerned, though notice has been attempted to be served on the said Respondent, however the tracking report is not available and some time be granted to file an appropriate Affidavit of service.

Mr. Pande appears for the Respondent No.7(A) and seeks some time to take instructions in the matter. Mr. Bhat appears for the Respondent No.7(B) and submits that the order dated 5th October 2018 is a comprehensive order and therefore, nothing more needs to be done in the matter.
