ORDER :

The disposed of Court Receiver's Report has been placed for directions at the instance of the Court Receiver. The reason for placing the matter is that though there is a direction of this Court to transfer the amounts mentioned in paragraph 6 of the Order dated 20th January, 2025 to the suit account in the City Civil Court, Mumbai, there is no direction for transfer of interest which has 1/2

In view thereof, the said Order dated 20th January, 2025 is modified to the extent that apart from the amounts which have been directed to be transferred to the Suit account in the City Civil Court as per paragraph 6 of the said Order, the interest accumulated on the deposited amounts directed to be transferred to the Suit account in the City Civil Court shall also be transferred to the Suit account in the City Civil Court..

The Court Receiver shall act in accordance with this Order.
