ORDER :

By the Court Receiver's Report, direction was sought against the Plaintiff to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards costs, charges KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV and expenses of the Court Receiver as per the final Statement of by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2024.08.05 19:01:38 +0530 Accounts. The matter had come up on 12th July, 2024 when this Court had noted the correspondence which had been exchanged between the 1/2

8-CRR 252.24 in COMIP 184.21.doc Registrar and the Advocate for the Plaintiffs regarding filing of Statement of Account and instructing the Plaintiffs to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. However, the Plaintiffs had not thereafter made deposit thereof. Further, none had appeared for the Plaintiffs on that day. 2.

Today, the learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiffs and has tendered a Cheque bearing No.907916 dated 2nd August, 2024 for an amount of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay.

The Cheque is handed over to the IInd Assistant to the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay.

The Plaintiffs having made payment of Rs.25,000/- towards costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver, the Court Receiver's Report No.252 of 2024 is disposed of.

5.

The Cost of the Report of Rs.5,000/- shall be paid from the funds available in the Suit Account.
